We try to have most orders out within 48-72 hours but we ask that you allow up 7 days processing time, items are made to order

For large orders such as Weddings etc. please allow us plenty of notice for these soaps are handcrafted by us so depending on the order size it will take quite some time to complete for large orders.

(Shipping charges may occur on large orders but we will notify of this before orders are placed. We would never try to add shipping charges without your consent)

We accept credit card payments through paypal! You do not have to be a Paypal member to use your credit card. We use their processing for your protection!

PLEASE NOTE: No International Shipping. Our products are packed with care but because international orders take so long to receive and go through so many hands, we have had a number of our orders destroyed by international shipping which we find to not be beneficial to the customer or us. If you are an international shopper please accept our apology.

Return Policy: Please inspect your orders as soon as you receive them. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt for full refund. After 10 days we will issue store credit for the original amount of purchase. We do not reimburse for any shipping charges or taxes.
